Every wedding is unique and we create a wedding video that not only captures your special day but also reflects your personality. We use between 2 and 3 HiDefinition cameras to capture the whole ceremony, speeches and bridal waltz. For the rest of your day we use one or two camera operators, allowing us to capture all of the special moments without being intrusive.
A wedding is one of the most special events in a person’s life. You can be sure that our experienced staff will film the event without interrupting the wedding experience for anybody. Most couples that we have filmed mention afterwards that they did not even notice we were there.

Most of our packages include 1 camera operator for filming of ceremony, speeches and bridal waltz with 2 HiDef cameras (1 camera is set up on a tripod).

Terms and Conditions
- Payment terms are as follows
- 20% deposit to confirm booking (non refundable)
- 60% to be paid 2 weeks before the wedding
- 20% due on completion of draft video. (No Tapes/DVD’s are handed over until full payment has been made)
- All payments are due on receipt of invoice.
- Video’s/DVD’s will be available approx. 6-8 weeks after the wedding.
- A data storage charge may apply if changes to draft DVD are not received within 10 days.
- Refund Policy – deposit refunded if 8 weeks notice is given before wedding. 20% deposit is not refunded if less than 8 weeks notice is given.
- If music choices or cd’s are not received before the wedding date, Lewis Media will choose the music for your wedding video.
FAQ’s
Do you use those annoying lights? Our low light cameras allow us to video without the need for additional lighting. Where the lighting will have an impact on creating a natural looking image (such as candlelight), we use highly diffused lighting that doesn't make your guests squint or create those unflattering shadows.
How do we accommodate you at the reception? Our only chance for a break is during the meal, and if it is possible, to be served immediately after the bridal party. This allows us to be able to capture you if you decide to mingle with your guests, and be ready to go for the speeches.
Will you attend our rehearsal? Even though we have shot at most churches in Brisbane, we do our best to attend rehearsals to ensure that there will be no problems on the day and as a courtesy to the cleric, or officiant.
Do you choose the music? We want to use your choice wherever possible, we have a good range of music to choose from or you can supply your own CD’s or MP3 files.
Do you allow us to make changes to the final edited video? Yes we provide you with a draft of your wedding video and you can make changes to this.
Do we need 2 cameras or 1 camera to capture our wedding day? We recommend 2 cameras and 2 videographers if you are having more than 150 guests or you are getting married in a large Cathedral or church. Otherwise 1 videographer is enough to capture all of the important events on the day.
